Universitas Internasional Batam (UIB) Management Study Program held FGD Reporting Activities and Finalization of GP and PLO, and Directions for Compiling Curriculum Maps. The activity funded by the Independent Campus Competition Program (PKKM) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) was attended by 35 participants from all Study Programs and UIB Bureaus. The resource person for this activity is BM. Purwanto, MBA, Ph.D who is an expert in the field of OBE curriculum preparation and international accreditation. The activity was opened with a discussion about the graduate profile that has been designed by the Management Study Program. According to him, in preparing the profile matrix, graduates must have a strategy. The strategy is based on comprehensive knowledge, curriculum application in the learning process, analysis of ongoing processes, evaluation of learning outcomes, creation of new learning systems and the process of executing new learning systems in accordance with Outcome Based Education (OBE).

BM. Purwanto, MBA, Ph.D emphasized in this discussion that the determination of learning outcomes (LO) must be comprehensive, applicable, analyzeable and can be developed. The Graduate Profile based on the OBE must also be a reference in preparing the Learning Outcome Program (PLO). PLO is also used to create an Education Outcome Program (PEO) and is used to compile course rubrics. To develop a graduate profile, study programs must also have knowledge, information, authority, motivation or rewards and skills through training on OBE implementation. In addition, the development of graduate profiles also requires the development of study materials used in the learning process. According to BM. Purwanto, MBA, Ph.D. The study materials used to determine the profile of graduates must be adapted to the sciences and theories that can support the learning outcomes. This is because these knowledges and theories will be very much needed by graduates in carrying out work after graduating from university. All of these inputs and insights are very valuable for the Management Study Program in developing a curriculum that is in accordance with the OBE paradigm and can develop a graduate profile to be more competent and competitive.
