Corporate vs. Startup” seminar is an activity carried out by HMPS UIB Management in collaboration with Tamada Consulting Indonesia. This activity will be held at Batam International University (UIB) on March 5, 2020. This activity is intended for undergraduate student batch 2016 – 2019 of Management Study Program. “Corporate vs. Startup” seminar aims to be a tool and a place to gain knowledge outside of learning activities; to strengthen students’ skills and abilities, especifically in the field of business pioneering, business development and the utilization of human resources; and to prepare students for the future after completion of lectures. Position: Founder of Tamada Consulting Indonesia and The Heirloom Core Of Samudera trading Company and Senior Consultant at Tamada Consulting Indonesia.
Specialization: Public speaking and communication coaching, hypnotherapy certified, Member and Trainer of the Bong Chandra Success system and the Bong Chandra School of Billionaire (HR training), Been invited to provide communication skills and public speaking workshop at several universities and organizations in Indonesia and being a speaker in motivational talk shows on well-known radio in Jakarta.

Position: Owner of Mrs. Gifted Makeup artist (2015 – Present), Project Secretary for various Oil and Gas Company (2010 – 2016), Indonesia Participating Youth ( IPY) delegation of Indonesia for the ship for South East Asia Youth Exchange Program (SSEAYP) (2012), Tourism Ambassador for Kota Batam, Secretary for International Student Organization of Binary University (2007- 2009), TV Presenter for ‘ X-treme Program’ at Batam TV (2006).
