Dear all UIB undergraduate students,Through this announcement, the following is the schedule for drive-thru the alma mater jacket distributions.

  • Wednesday, 27 January 2021 (10:00 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 16.30)·
  • Thursday, 28 January 2021 (10:00 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 16.30)·
  • Friday, 29 January 2021 (10:00 – 13:30 and 14:30 – 16:30)

  1. Students must come according to a predetermined schedule.

  3. Students or guardians are required to bring an identity card when taking the alma mater jacket.
  4. Students are required to bring their own pocket or bag when taking the alma mater jacket.
  5. For students whose alma mater jacket is represented, the taker is required to bring a statement letter that has been previously collected via email.
  6. If the student is represented by more than one person and the schedule is on different days, then the taker may choose one day to come and take all the alma mater jackets represented.
  7. A jacket that has been taken must not be tried on on the spot and cannot be replaced or returned.
  8. Students or guardians may not get off the vehicle.
  9. Students who cannot take the alma mater jacket according to the schedule will be given the opportunity for batch 2 (the schedule for batch 2 has not been determined).
  10. For students whose names are not on the list of names, please contact UIB Public Relations.
  11. Students are required to wear masks and follow applicable health protocols.
