“Unite Determination, Embrace Togetherness”
March 27, 2021-UKM MUSISY has carried out TOM (Training Outbound & Mentoring) 2021 with the theme of “Unite Determination, Embrace Togetherness”. This event was held online through the MS.Teams platform. Due to circumstances that made it impossible to meet in person, the committee decided to carry out activities virtually. The 2021 TOM (Training Outbound & Mentoring) activity were attended by 52 participants. Participants who took part in this event consisted of 38 UIB Muslim students and 14 committee members. This activity aims to introduce mentoring to UIB students as a means of developing their talents or personal potentials accompanied by scientific studies. This event were filled with a series of activities such as recitations, remarks from Musisy coaches, studies, art performances, test of Islamic knowledge, pledge of musisy, prayer, and closing.

Meanwhile, this activity was coordinated directly by Muhammad Andi Wahyudi as the General Chairperson of the Muslim Society of Batam International University and Dedy Jaya as the Chair of the Committee of this activity. There were 2 (two) materials provided by Musisy, which was delivered by Robby Kurniawan, S.E., M.M and Gilang Anada, namely, “The Role of Students in Organizationality” and “Shayadatain / Tauhid”
