Batam (13/06/21) – Comparative Study Activity with the theme of “Collaborate Universities in ONE Energy, to Upgrade Management Quality”, was carried out well and smoothly on June 13th, 2021 by HMPS Management of UIB. This comparative study activity was attended by members of the UIB Management HMPS as the host and UNPAR Management HMPS as the comparative study partner with total of 64 participants and 21 committee members. This activity started from 1 pm to 5 pm (Indonesia Time) via the online meeting media: Zoom Meeting.
This Comparative Study activity began with an opening by the MC, followed by an opening prayer, singing the Indonesia Raya National anthemn and listening to Mars from each university. Then, it was followed by remarks by the Head of the Event Organizer and the Chair of the UIB Management HMPS and the UNPAR HMPSM Chair. After the opening remarks, the participants listened to the profile presentation of each HMPS by the representatives from each HMPS. The activity was continued with Ice Breaking to lighten the atmosphere. The Ice Breaking activity lasted about 20 minutes and contained activities to guess the name of the city in Indonesia based on the emojis presented by the committee through a share screen and answered by the participants through the talk column.
After the Ice Breaking session, participants were directed by the committee to an online room that had been prepared based on the division within the organization. The briefing is to carry out Sharing Session activities between each division of HMPS. This session lasts about 30 minutes. This activity was guided by a moderator from the committee team and carried out with three topics of discussion, namely the job description in the division, complaints in the organization and the exchange of opinions on the issue of solidarity. In this activity, participants gain new knowledge about the activities and habits of each organization that are useful as material for organizational development and ideas in the design and implementation of organizational work programs. After the Sharing Session was completed, the flow continued with a Q&A activity between HMPS. The activity continued with the handing over of certificates and plaques of appreciation to HMPSM UNPAR who had become partners of the Comparative Study conducted by HMPS Management UIB. Towards the end of the event, representatives from each HMPS delivered their closing statements and ended with closing documentation and closing prayers by the committee team.
