As Muslims it is appropriate that we make the Prophet Muhammad SAW as a role model in living life in the world. As an Rasulullah who brought great changes in the history of human life. As people who obey their role models, we are also expected to preach a religion that has become our religion as the Prophet has proclaimed.
In the current era of social media, there is no need to bother going to an ustadz or teacher to study religious knowledge. Perhaps it is also not the time to be tired of reading classical religious books, especially from the original source. Instead, only by using a device worth hundreds of thousands of rupiah, one can easily access religious material. The most common way is to follow a preacher’s social media account and then religious material can be accessed at any time.
Sunday, 9 February 2020 UKM Musisy held a design training in collaboration with KAMMI Hang Nadiem with the theme “Creative Digital Da’wah” with the speaker Ridho Azhar who is an alumni of UIB and a member of KAMMI Hang Nadiem. This design training was structured with the aim of honing the ability of Muslim students to utilize the tools they have such as computers and design applications to encourage missionary activities. The hope is that by carrying out the Design Training activities with the KAMMI Hang Nadiem Batam Community, this will be able to increase their curiosity about Islam in general or specifically packaged in different ways, and also increase their sense of enthusiasm to continue preaching through social media with designs that are interesting in each of the posts or posters, so that the implementation of this activity can contribute continuously and increase knowledge.
