JLPT N5 Simulation by Japanese Club Student Activity Unit
Japan is one of the developed countries in Asia which is visited by many foreign nationals to study or work. However, in order to study or work in a Japanese company, foreign student or worker need to have a JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) certificate which can only be obtained if they pass the JLPT test. The JLPT test has five levels consisting of N5 (lowest) to N1 (highest). The JLPT test consists of sections on language knowledge (vocabulary and grammar), reading, and listening. In order to pass the JLPT N5 test, it takes practice and careful preparation. Therefore, UKM Japanese Club carried out the “JCLUB: JLPT N5 Simulation” activity.
On Saturday, July 16, 2022, the Japanese Club Student Activity Unit carried out the “JCLUB: JLPT N5 Simulation” activity via Zoom. This activity was carried out from 18.40 WIB to 20.45 WIB with a total of 6 participants. In each session, the committee will send a Google Form link containing questions for each session.
The “JCLUB: JLPT N5 Simulation” activity has not reached the expected target of participants. However, it is hoped that this activity can help the participants who were present to get an overview of the JLPT N5 questions. Participants are also expected to be more motivated in working on the JLPT N5 questions later.
We hereby express our gratitude to the participants who have participated in this JLPT N5 simulation activity. Hopefully the knowledge obtained is useful for all.
