Legal opinion contains analysis, argumentation and legal recommendations on a problem that occurs in the community. People often ask for legal opinions from people who are experts in the field of law such as academics, advocates, legal consultants, and other legal professions. It is not uncommon for people to ask for legal opinions from students/law graduates who are considered capable and become experts in their fields. Recognizing the phenomenon as described above, the Law Faculty bachelor’s degree program at the Law Faculty of Batam International University organizes training for students especially those who are writing thesis in order to prepare competent law graduates.
