TOEP and TPDA Schedule for Regular Period January 2024 at PLT 72 Universitas Internasional Batam

In connection with the plan to hold TOEP and TPDA for the Regular Period of January 2024 at PLT 72 Batam International University while continuing to implement health protocols to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we are informing participants of several things that participants must pay attention to:

  1. Schedule TOEP dan TPDA:

  1. General conditions for participants:
  2. Must choose TOEP and TPDA sessions on the same day;
  3. Arrive 30 minutes before the test using a mask (hospital standard). If taking two exam sessions, participants must bring a spare mask;
  4. MANDATORY print participant cards the day before the test;
  5. Bring your KTP/SIM on the day of the test;
  6. If you have eaten or brought your food and drink, you are directed to sit in the Discussion Area (DA);
  7. Bring prayer equipment or personal medicine.

 

  1. Health protocol provisions
  2. When entering and while on campus:
  • check your body temperature at the UIB Main Post (gate). If the temperature is above 37 degrees Celsius, you are not permitted to enter the campus area;
  • Must wear a mask (mask must be changed within 4 hours);
  • Do not crowd, and always maintain a minimum distance of 1 meter between individuals;
  • No smoking;
  • Mandatory hand washing (available in the transit room area) And
  • Always maintain order and cleanliness. Dispose of waste in the appropriate type of place: (1). Used Masks/Gloves, (2). Bottles/Cans/Plastic, (3). Paper/Organic Materials.

 

  1. While in the exam room:
  • Pay attention to all instructions given by the Supervisor;
  • Stand next to each chair until asked by the Supervisor;
  • Do not touch/operate the computer before being instructed by the Supervisor;
  • There are no time extensions or changes to questions
  • If there are technical problems (using the system), you can raise your hand to get help from local IT personnel.
