In connection with the planned TOEP and TPDA Regular Period March 2021 at PLT 72 Universitas Internasional Batam by continuing to implement health protocols to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we will inform you of a number of things that must be considered by participants:

  1. General provisions for participants:
  2. Must choose TOEP and TPDA sessions on the same day;
  3. Come 30 minutes before the test using a surgical mask and gloves (hospital standard). If taking two exam sessions, participants are required to bring a spare mask and gloves;
  4. It’s MANDATORY to print the participant’s card the day before the test;
  5. Bring your KTP / SIM on the day of the test;
  6. Make sure that you have eaten or brought your own food and drink (the canteen is closed);
  7. Bring prayer equipment or personal medicine.

 

  1. Health protocol provisions
  2. When entering and while in the campus area:
  • Must check body temperature at the Main Post (gate) of UIB. If the temperature is above 37 degrees Celsius, it is not allowed to enter the campus area;
  • Must check oxygen levels in the body (normal above 95%);
  • Must show rapid antigen for participants from outside Batam;
  • Obliged to wear a mask (the mask must be changed within 4 hours);
  • Avoid crowd, and always maintain a minimum distance of 1 meter between individuals;
  • No smoking;
  • Mandatory hand washing (available in the transit area); and
  • Always maintain order and cleanliness. Dispose of garbage in the appropriate type: (1). Mask / Gloves Former, (2). Bottles / Cans / Plastic, (3). Paper / Organic Materials.

 

  1. On the way to the exam room:
  • The Committee or Supervisor will check each Participant with a metal detector (if necessary physical / groping checking); and
  • Participants enter the room one by one according to the Supervisor’s summons.

 

  1. Over in the exam room:
  • Pay attention to all instructions given by the supervisor;
  • Stand beside each chair until welcomed by the Superintendent;
  • No touching / operating the computer before being instructed by the supervisor;
  • There is no time extension or change of test questions;
  • If there are technical problems (use of the system), then you can raise your hands to get help from Local IT Personnel.
