Awareness of paying taxes needs to be socialized from various levels, such as age, occupation, gender, especially students who are the golden generation in the academic environment. Furthermore, citizens who are obedient to pay taxes are reflected as a form of commitment to contribute to the development of the state and nation. Thus, it is necessary from various circles to collaborate in disseminating awareness and responsibility towards the state.

Awareness of paying taxes can involve the academic community from universities and the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) as government representatives. Students and lecturers study taxation and develop it to be extended to the public with DJP. In fact, DJP and the academic community can collaborate together to reach the wider community in building awareness and responsibility towards the state.
